CONCEPT APPROACH:
An Annual Sales & Marketing Conference that brought together 350+ employees to the Pristine City of Malaysia, the idea was to bring the theme ‘inspiring moments of everyday happiness’ alive by creating experiences at every touchpoint. The guests were welcomed with a happiness kit followed by a team-building activity. Welcome Night at Sunway Lagoon – the world’s largest surf pool, with happiness being the core theme was translated by creating a vibrant environment using a fun photo booth, neon props, live performance – water drummers, and a dragon dance. The next day started with the conference, which had a grand 90feet stage. The day ended with rewards and recognition.
